What do we do with your information?
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
You can stop all collection of information by the application easily by uninstalling the application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that these individuals not provide personal information to EngineCAL. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
EngineCAL will not be responsible for any untoward incident while driving/parked involving you/user.
Untoward means impact between your/user’s car and another vehicle, impact with pedestrian, theft, electrical/mechanical malfunctions etc.
